At the Technology Innovation Days 2023 in Berlin, our consultant and coach Simon Motz proved that a lecture about the path from IT service management to enterprise service management has to be anything but boring. He vividly and humorously compared the relationship between broadcasters and their viewers with a love story and showed which steps and changes in service management must be taken to enable a happy ending.
