There he oversaw the business setup and development for Hollywood studios and post houses and has helped customers like Sony and Warner Bros. to optimize their business and production processes. Back in Germany he joined a media startup company as CTO to develop a Netflix-like AWS cloud based VOD platform for feature film and TV content, as well as an online review and approval platform for film makers. He later supported the design phase of the ZDF-Mediathek (video on demand platform) as a freelance technical project lead and solution architect. Since 2015 Felix Fröde has been working as a Technology Strategy & Advisory Senior Manager for the Media & Telco division of the consulting company Accenture. As a project lead he supported various business and IT transformation projects with the focus on new technologies, intelligent automation and new ways of working in the area of Service Management and Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, he is an associate lecturer at Rhein-Main university, where he teaches software architecture to media engineering students, designing and implementing a cloud-based transcoder as a real-world example.

Felix Fröde will focus on supporting FLYING EYE’s strategy and technology consulting in the areas of agile working methods and artificial intelligence.
