In addition to managing complex projects in the media environment, Matthias Naumer also supports software developments and manages corresponding projects, using a wide variety of methodological approaches and tools. Among other things, companies have hired him to provide system analyses and process designs as well as software architecture, design and development.
At MTI in Munich, he ensured a smooth playout structure and video-on-demand creation for Deutsche Telekom’s sports platforms with the German Ice Hockey League, FC Bayern München TV and other offerings. The AVID assignment was sports-related, too: he supported the development of custom software for the Golf Channel in Miami.
Previously, starting in 1994, the computer scientist developed marketing systems for advertising slots. After that, Naumer worked at NEXUS Informatics GmbH (now Scysis), a manufacturer of editing systems. He was responsible for projects in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Northern Europe before switching to the ProSiebenSat.1 Group as a Managing Director in 2000. Naumer has been a partner at FLYING EYE since 2003.
