Associated Partner – IT strategy, IT architecture, data protection and IT security
Andreas Rösch works as a lecturer at the Philipps University in Marburg, Department of Economics, Department of Business Informatics and as a partner in the IT management consultancy Rösch & Associates Information Engineering GmbH.
His focus is on IT strategy and IT architecture, IT service management, data protection and IT security management (DIN/ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) as well as system development and planning for software development projects.
In addition, his core competencies include requirements management and the design of application architectures, software selection and the introduction of standard software, as well as project, multi-project and risk management.
Since 2003 Dr. Andreas Rösch is part of the FLYING EYE network and supports the team as a consultant in numerous projects.
Natascha Vostrovsky
Consultant – analysis and conception of editorial workflows, project and change management
After studying journalism at the LMU Munich, Natascha Vostrovsky worked as a reporter, correspondent, senior CvD and editor-in-chief for news. She was a member of the founding team of N24 (today Welt) and was entrusted with the interdisciplinary conception of new workflows and tools. This interface function between editing and technology then became one of the focal points of her freelance work as a consultant and trainer (since 2001).
Another focus of hers is the analysis and conception of multimedia editorial and technical processes. This includes working on tools such as content and planning systems, as well as on new or changed roles, processes and structures in a change process. She works with methods such as AKV (Task-Competence-Responsibility) in role definition, business games and simulations, visualization and design thinking elements.
Natascha Vostrovsky has been part of the FLYING EYE network of consultants since 2007 and supports the team in various projects in the area of requirements analysis, development of service specifications and requirement profiles for file-based workflows, analysis of TV production processes and market research of editorial topic planning.
Clemens Glade
Consultant – project management, internal and external communication in companies
Communication in companies is an often underestimated factor in economic success. This is not only about communication in terms of PR, marketing and advertising, but also about internal communication towards all stakeholders. Clemens Glade examines workflows and the current status of such communications, flanks change processes with suitable measures and accompanies them until they are successfully implemented.
Clemens Glade for example analyzed the PR department at ARTE for FLYING EYE, described the current status of instruments and workflows and gave recommendations for a contemporary change. In individual and group coaching, he accompanied employees through the change and supported them on topics such as time management or agile working.
Clemens Glade has been dealing with the most diverse forms of communication for over 20 years. He worked for companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Telekom and Postbank or institutions such as embassies and associations. He gained a wide range of know-how in the field of press and public relations, but also experience as an editor, author and moderator, with which he enriches his coaching.
René Graf
Consultant – project management, broadcast and IT planning
After training as a communications engineer at Deutsches Fernsehen, René Graf first worked there as an editor before taking on all television production tasks in a post-production house in Berlin, from planning and broadcasting to live and post-production for RTL breakfast television. In this context,René Graf has already overseen the first HD test projects.
He then moved to a broadcast system house, where he used his production experience in the planning and project management of new construction projects for television and radio studios. For example, as a project manager, he was responsible for setting up the 1A Brandenburg channel and POP-TV in Slovenia.
In 1998 he founded an engineering office for media technology and for example implemented the television equipment for 24 sports stadiums for the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Since then he has worked as a planner and project manager in the media industry and also supports various media technology and IT projects with his advice and his complex know-how.
René Graf has been part of the FLYING EYE consulting team since 2009. He has already worked for several broadcasters within the network, such as WDR, rbb and Deutschland Radio.
Handan Birel
Consultant – agile transformation and IT project management
Handan Birel is an expert for complex large-scale digitization projects and software development. She specializes in agile transformations and requirements analysis, using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS and SAFe. Through Art of Hosting methods and Design Thinking, she generates new ideas in her projects and develops them further in workshops.
After studying business and media informatics, Handan Birel started her career at Accenture. There she was responsible for projects such as CRM process optimization for the world’s largest chemical producer, the digital transformation of control and authorization processes for a government development bank, and a large, agile delivery project for an energy supply company in Milan. Handan has focused on agile transformation projects specifically for communications and media clients at Accenture for 7 years. One of her projects in this area was, for example, the optimization of program management and support for agile change in a large media company in Munich.
Handan Birel is certified as a Scrum Master, SAFe SPC & PM/PO Coach, Management 3.0 Trainer, Kanban I&II Expert and Design Thinking Coach as well as Six Sigma Green Belt training.
She has been supporting the FLYING EYE network with her expertise since spring 2022.
Simon Motz
Consultant – project management, agile transformation, change & culture management, process management, service management (ITSM und ESM)
Being able to manage and coordinate complex transformation projects in a structured and targeted manner is more important than ever today. Too often, however, the enormous potential that can be realized through a healthy and sustainable organizational and project culture is ignored. Simon Motz helps organizations and teams to implement projects more effectively and efficiently. In doing so, he focuses on employees and stakeholders. From identifying the right questions and finding the right answers together to enabling better cooperation, Simon Motz supports his customers efficiently in finding effective solutions.
After studying international business administration in Berlin, Simon Motz began his career as a management consultant with a focus on ERP/CRM Consulting and Alliance Management at KPMG Germany. This was followed by several years at Accenture Consulting, where as a manager and management consultant he was responsible for the implementation and management of agile transformation and organizational development projects. Most recently, he worked as a manager for Volkswagen Group Services. There he supported the development of the “Transformation & Complexity Consulting” department and was responsible for leading two consulting teams.
Simon has practical experience and certifications in the areas of management consulting, project management, agile transformation, change & culture management, organizational development and process management.
He has been part of the FLYING EYE network since 2022 and, among other things, oversees projects to optimize material, metadata and production processes at broadcasters. As an organization and transformation expert, he primarily accompanies projects relating to IT and enterprise service management.
