The main objective of the study commissioned by Bayerischer Rundfunk was the formulation of a broad concept for a revamped transmission management, including both technical and operational components.

 

Essential components of the elaborated concept are proposals for a reorganisation of processes and procedures, their possible technical implementation and stating the timeframe for availability of the system, a rough sketch of the floor plan and hints for human resources planning.
