After the merger of SAT.1 and ProSieben Media AG into ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG the company decided, to establish N24 'Gesellschaft für Nachrichten und Zeitgeschehen mbH' as the Group's central information service provider. As a result, a major portion of Production Engineering of the news channel N24 will be relocated to Berlin. The relocation is scheduled to take place by 1 July 2001. In the future, the whole channel N24 also will be broadcasted from Berlin.

 

After having developed an analysis for a partial relocation of N24 to Berlin, the consultancy has been assigned by the the board of directors to support the project management for this venture. To relocate a round-the-clock-channel, demands a particularly skilful implementation planning and monitoring. To realise synergies, in the course of the relocation plan, new workflows have to be taken into consideration.
